Jai Basrur draws on his wealth of experience across many companies and continents to identify, measure and create value for businesses by providing insights and developing tailored solutions. He is passionate and knowledgeable about Business Design; Leadership and Strategy Development; and Value Realisation and has had opportunities to apply that knowledge in situations ranging from advising NZ business as a NZTE Beachhead Advisor through to providing Independent Expert Evidence on financial matters in litigation cases. He is quick to understand and clarify commercial, strategic and financial issues and then structure and implement robust and practical solutions which enable value realisation.

Justin Hall

Justin brings to the team at SVP recent, hands-on experience of acquiring, growing, and then ultimately selling a business for real value gain. His business partnership successfully grew Redwood Cider Co and Old Mout Cider to be NZ's leading cider brand. Under Justin's leadership, the company successfully developed their brands, expanded markets and most importantly built the human capability to facilitate tremendous growth.

Justin is a proven leader who has held executive and governance roles in the horticulture, food and beverage and transport industries. His passion is in leading business change through the development of people and culture that then enables the establishment and achievement of sound, aspirational strategies. It is a "constructive restlessness" that drives Justin to help business leaders see what the business could aspire to be.

Rew brings 20+ years of commercial experience covering Strategy development and implementation, Governance, Finance, Profit Improvement, Project Management, and General Management in SME’s and corporate businesses in New Zealand and Australia.
